Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 5g88 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 5g88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to validate the information provided.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your password, not sharing your login details with anyone, and ensuring you log out after using the platform on a shared device.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the 5g88 support team immediately. Our platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the 5g88 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our platform:

Payment and Transaction Information
Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the 5g88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name. 5g88 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance according to the processing time of your chosen payment method. Winnings withdrawals will be processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification where required.
Transaction Review & Verification
5g88 reserves the right to delay or withhold any payment pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected. In such situations, the user will be contacted via their registered communication channel to provide the necessary information or documents.
All completed game results and transactions are recorded in the platform's system and are considered final. If you have any queries regarding a transaction, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms by the user, 5g88 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team to process the request.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
